SprayTest Demo Booking Terms & Waiver

By ticking the box to proceed with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Equipment Ownership & Condition

I acknowledge that the "Demo Equipment" remains the property of Spray Test. I agree to return the equipment by the date and time specified in my booking. I will inspect the equipment upon receipt and confirm it is in good working order.

2. Damage Waiver Options & Liability

I accept full financial responsibility for the Demo Equipment during the demo period. I have selected one of the following coverage levels:

  • Basic (No Cover): I am fully responsible for the ski. Any damage, including minor scratches or structural failure, will be charged at repair cost or full deposit if the ski is written off.
  • Standard (Cosmetic Cover): This covers superficial wear and tear, such as top-sheet scratches or minor binding scuffs. It does not cover structural damage to the core, edges, or "write-offs."
  • Premium (Total Protection): This covers all damage, including structural failure or a total write-off. I will not be liable for the cost of the ski regardless of its condition on return.

Exclusions for all waivers: No waiver covers the loss, theft, or non-return of the ski. In these instances, my liability is capped at 50% of the ski’s RRP, which is managed through the card deposit. If the equipment is lost, stolen, or not returned, I authorize Spray Test to charge my payment method for this amount.

3. Professional Setup & Tuning

The equipment is professionally tuned prior to delivery (Fin Length, Depth, DFT, and Wing Angle). I agree not to adjust fin settings or binding locations without express written permission from Spray Test, as improper adjustment can lead to equipment failure or injury.

4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

I am aware that waterskiing is a high-risk activity involving high speeds and physical strain. I voluntarily assume all risks, including collisions, muscular/skeletal injuries, equipment malfunction, and drowning. I hereby release and discharge Spray Test, its employees, and HO Sports/Syndicate from all claims or liabilities for personal injury, death, or property damage arising from my use of the equipment.

5. Competency & Safety Declaration

I certify that I am a proficient waterskier and a competent swimmer. I agree to wear a suitable buoyancy aid at all times while using the equipment.

6. Late Returns

I understand that late returns are charged in full weekly increments. Any overrun beyond my booked period will trigger an additional week’s demo fee.

Customer Acknowledgment

"I have read this Waiver and Release of Liability in its entirety. I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue. I represent that I am at least 18 years of age".
