What are the insurance options?
You have the option to add insurance to your ski booking;
Basic = No Cover. You are fully responsible for the ski. Any damage, including minor scratches or structural failure, will be charged at repair cost or full deposit if the ski is written off.
Standard = Cosmetic Cover. Covers superficial wear and tear, such as top-sheet scratches or minor binding scuffs. Does not cover structural damage to the core, edges, or "write-offs."
Premium = Total Protection. Complete peace of mind. Covers all damage, including structural failure or a total write-off. You will not be liable for the cost of the ski regardless of its condition on return.
None of these waivers cover the loss, theft, or non-return of the ski. In those instances, your liability is capped at 50% of the ski's RRP, which is managed through your initial card hold.
Should I add a hardshell boot?
We recommend using your ski boots while testing a new Ski, Demo Skis DO NOT come with Ski Boots, but you can Demo our Syndicate Hardshell. Testing 1 Item at a Time produces Best Results!
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. Following checkout you will be contacted by a member of our team to take a deposit equal to 50% of the demo package's full retail value.
This deposit is to cover Spray Test against the loss, theft, or non-return of the ski, and will be refunded upon return.
There are moments in product design when you do not add complexity, you remove friction. The new Syndicate Works 02 is one of those moments.
At a glance, the width remains the same, but everything that matters has changed. This is not simply an update. It is a rethinking of how a slalom ski creates speed, stability, and freedom.
At the center of the new Works 02 is an entirely new multi-stage rockerline. The original Works 02 used a beautifully continuous rocker: fast, predictable, elegant. This new design introduces something more powerful: defined flat spots, one under the front foot and one through the tail. This purpose-built geometry creates a calmer platform, more inherent stability, and something every skier feels immediately - angle and space that comes easier. Not forced speed, but natural speed born from less drag, better support, and more efficient movement cross-course. The result is a ski that feels alive under pressure, stable when you need support and quick when you ask for a response.
The cross-section has been re-defined as well, with reduced sidewall height through the tail to clean up the release and reduce unnecessary resistance. Then there is the bevel, now smaller, cleaner, and faster. By reducing drag and suction, the new bevel creates something rare in high-performance ski design: choice.
Because anyone can make a ski carve. The challenge is building a ski that can drive hard and carve clean, yet still break free when the skier wants to scrub speed, smear or reshape the line. That is where great skis separate from good ones, and that is where the new Works 02 changes the conversation.
The new concave entry is our most aggressive ever, but without resorting to a high-volume concave. It creates more efficient flow, exceptional drive into the wakes, and a feel that lands in the sweet spot we have been chasing for years, between stability and maneuverability, between support and freedom, between holding the line and changing it.

Cross-Section:
- Sidewall Height Reduced through tail: allows ski to sit deeper through finish for stability
Bevel:
- Smaller, more refined - this gives the skier the freedom to break ski out of carve when desired, to scrub speed and steer
- Making a ski carve is easy…..the magic is creating a ski that can create drive and carve, but can also scrub speed or smear when desired, to keep the rope tight at the finish
Concave:
- Most aggressive concave entry radius, without increasing concave depth
- More efficient
- Very good drive into wakes
- Sweet spot between stability and maneuverability
